Och som tur var s\u00e5 hade jag en bit Salmalax i frysen. Den blev \u00f6ver f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Till min beh\u00f6ver du: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Salmalax<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ett knippe salladsl\u00f6k <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En gr\u00f6n chili <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tomater \ud83c\udf45 <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>0,5 citron \ud83c\udf4b <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt \ud83e\uddc2 <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Peppar <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Koriander <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>S\u00e5 h\u00e4r g\u00f6r du: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sk\u00e4r laxen och tomaterna i sm\u00e5 kuber, eller den storleken du vill ha. Sk\u00e4r ner salladsl\u00f6ken och chilin. Pressa \u00f6ver citronsaft fr\u00e5n en halv citron, salta och peppra. L\u00e5t st\u00e5 10-15 minuter beroende p\u00e5 hur du vill ha laxen. Jag gillar den kall s\u00e5 g\u00e4rna i kylsk\u00e5p med inget m\u00e5ste. N\u00e4r det \u00e4r dags att \u00e4ta strimlar du \u00f6ver en kruka (eller mer eller mindre) koriander och blandar ner.
