Dock har jag nu hittat n\u00e5got som funkar f\u00f6r mig. Ketobollar. Dessa \u00e4r sm\u00f6riga, os\u00f6tade och enligt mig faktiskt ganska goda \u00e4ven om det kanske inte l\u00e5ter s\u00e5. B\u00e4sta ketobollarna enligt mig. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Du beh\u00f6ver: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Bregott<\/li><li>Hackade rostade hasseln\u00f6tter\/hampafr\u00f6n <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ta ut Bregott ur kylen. Ta fram en sked eller en olivsked och skrapa ihop en boll ur sm\u00f6rbyttan. Rulla i hasseln\u00f6tskrosset. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Snabbt och enkelt.
